I will see if my ideas work, if thay do, they will be a good upgrade for next avenue Or for example move a midi fader/mouse during 4 beats ups and down, record that movement, and send that movement looped to the fader again for a more complex mix. I can use the osc output of resolume to send it back to vvvv to get the bpm clock, and use that clock to asign a 2x sine wave to one parameter ( this is an example ), or to "rebuild" the timeswicher. Use any kind of imput devide that vvvv can handle ( mose keyboard midi controlles arduino wiimote touch osc ect ) to use it on resolume avenueĬreate automatisations. Im still working on this, i having a hard time to send the osc values to resolume, but this its a issue from my vvvv patch. PNG (29.02 KiB) Viewed 30797 times Touch Resolume. Version 0.9.9.1 (outdated version works only with Osculator) see old page for info *bugs* – the resync & BPM button hits on the release not the touch. Version 1.0 all functions now work direct with Resolume 3 thanks to VJ Tschoepler Touch Resolume controls Resolume 3.1 directly with OSC commands. “Touch Resolume” is a custom layout for TouchOSC that allows you to control Resolume 3 over a wireless network directly with your iphone or ipod touch WITHOUT midi mapping, just load the software and start controlling dozens of functions in Resolume, no mapping required. Thanks to advancements in TouchOSC, and VJ Tschoepler for modifying my Beta Layout a new final version of the popular Touch Resolume Layout is here! This new version works directly with Resolume without the need for OSC translation software like OSCulator.ĭownload Latest Custom TouchOSC Layout here : Touch Resolume 1.0 Layout I suspect last iphone os update cause i heard about strange wifi issue with that one.NEW 1.0 VERSION WORKS DIRECTLY WITH RESOLUME. Touch osc communicate with osculator (i can see the light bleeping) but no way to add a layout with the sync or even to get it working with ableton like i used to do hundred of times! If osculator is not running, no way to find a network, if i launch it, it find one, if i open a new windows in osculator (with port 8001) it finds 2, another windows (port 8003) it finds three, etc. Touchosc is able to detect a network just when osculator is running, and whatever name i give to my network it just find a network with the name of my computer. "Since yesterday (same day i updated my iphone with last 3.1.3) i ve got serious issue with network and touchosc : It works just with osculator out (port2) and not the normal one, first time i notice this.īut still can't upload a layout into my iphone.Still network found in touchosc just when osculator is running. ![]() So thinks i didn't notice it's in my midi preference in Ableton i have now : So ok, I ve got Ableton Working with osculator and my layout into my touchosc. Proper WiFI connection can take up to 30 seconds. If the Airport status icon is not present that means your device is not properly connected to the network. ![]() Make sure you have the Airport icon in your iPhone's status bar before attempting anything with TouchOSC editor or OSCulator. If you are using an iPhone it is highly recommended to turn off the 3G network by activating the Airplane mode, and then turning on WiFI again. Network configuration can be tedious, especially with the iPhone. I can tell however that I have been to upload a new layout successfully and use it with version 2.9.1. Not being the author of TouchOSC, I can not provide more help. Unfortunately these two components are not related at all. I understand that the TouchOSC editor is not working anymore for you since last OSCulator update. I'd like the forum to be useful for everybody no matter the language spoken.Īctually, I am not sure what exactly is the problem your are having. I'll use good old English if that's not a problem for you :-)
